What is the Personal Training Program and who should take part?
Personal training is for anyone! How it works is simple. Book a trainer and he or she will be waiting when you arrive. Your trainer will then take you through every step of the workout, providing guidance as you need it, as well as some motivation, to get the most out of the workout for that day.

Marty is apersonal trainer as well as an instructor with the BTF AdvantEdge Sports Performance School. He is a 2000 graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he competed as a varsity cross country and track athlete. He currently races on the USATF-NJ long distance road racing circuit and is also training for the 2009 NYC Marathon. Marty's favorite workouts include speed intervals, plyometrics, and spinning.
