No matter what your fitness goals are, you will find a class that suits your needs and helps you to achieve those goals at BTF. Our approach to fitness is a “holistic” and “balanced” one. We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels, lead by certified and experienced instructors to motivate and guide you through your workouts.

Our group fitness class program encompasses a full spectrum; and range from our gentle, stress relieving, mind body Yoga classes to our more challenging workouts like Total Body Challenge, and Kickboxing classes. Or maybe dancing is your thing and you just want to unwind and cut loose. Our Zumba and Cardio Dance classes will help you to break through your inhibitions and allow you to move freely without holding back. We offer a full spectrum of Pilates classes taught by some of the most experienced instructors in the area.

If you are looking to tone up or lose weight Indoor Cycling is an awesome calorie burning workout. We offer 14 classes each week and because it's low impact and easy on your joints, almost anyone can participate and reap the numerous health and fitness benefits.

At Body Tech Fitness we take great pride in our professional staff of instructors. They are dedicated to their students and want you to succeed as much as you do! You will not find another facility in the tri-state area that offers more in the way of customer service.

Our instructors give their all to each and every participant, helping them to feel comfortable getting started and then pushing them and motivating them to strive for excellence as they grow and improve with each awesome workout. She is a former national and New Jersey fitness competition winner and has made several television appearances as a fitness specialist and instructor. April coordinates all of the group exercise classes at Body Tech and is also available for personal training sessions.

Fitness has always been part of my life. I have been a Group X and Group Fitness Instructor since 2006. Once certified in spinning, I was hooked! From Spinning, on to designing Boot Camps, and still loving to perform, became Zumba certified where I can dance my way to a healthier life. During my spare time I enjoy working on my music.

I have taught Indoor Cycling for about 8yrs and still love motivating new and experience riders. My other passion in life is my full-time job. I have the pleasure to work with children with special needs as a teacher’s assistant.
