Fitness Classes
No matter what your fitness goals, you will find a class that suits your needs and helps you achieve those goals at Body Tech Fitness. Our approach to fitness is a “holistic” and “balanced” one. We offer a variety of classes for all fitness levels led by certified and experienced instructors to motivate and guide you through your workouts.

Change up your workout with one of our fun Fitness Classes! Whether it’s shaking your hips in Zumba or tightening those glutes in a Step class you will have fun engaging with other members while burning away those calories!
Our Fitness Classes feel less like exercise than traditional workouts and can be geared towards bodies that want lower impact classes without sacrificing caloric burn. De-stress with a Hatha Yoga class or ramp up the caloric burn in a Cardio Kickboxing class.
Our Instructors
Body Tech Fitness instructors are talented and experienced enough to give the special attention needed to know our members strength and weaknesses, while being approachable and making the atmosphere comfortable. Our instructors undergo continuous training to stay up to date in their fields to provide you with the safest and most effective workout.
As each instructor has their own style we encourage all members and guests to try a variety of classes to determine which one is right for them and to get their bodies moving in a way that they wouldn’t normally while working out on their own!
